You may receive a phone call or email from our research partner, CSBA (Customer Service Benchmarking Australia) asking you to respond to questions about our performance in terms of our service and offering. They will never ask you for personal details including your member number, address, super account balance or your Member Online password.

Please note that CSBA is only provided member contact details for the purpose of conducting the specific market research commissioned by us, and treats all member information with strict confidentiality in line with the LGS Privacy Policy.
