David Smith has over 17 years of experience in Chief Executive Officer roles in the financial services industry and the not-for-profit sector, both in Australia and New Zealand.

David is currently the Chair of the Children's Cancer Institute (Medical Research) in Sydney. He co-founded the management consulting firm, Equip Corporate Advisory, and was previously Chief Executive Officer at both AXIS Speciality Australia and Zurich Financial Services.

Donna Heffernan

Donna Heffernan has over 30 years’ experience in the finance industry, initially in accounting, auditing and taxation, and has held senior positions in both the private and government sectors. During the last 15 years, she has specialised in compliance and governance within the superannuation industry.

Craig Turnbull has worked in the investment sector for over 30 years as a portfolio manager, a fund manager and a chief investment officer, developing an expert understanding of both local and international equity markets.

Craig joined the management team in July 2008.

Michelle Hopwood has extensive experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on strategy, brand management, direct marketing and member communications. She has held senior roles within superannuation, banking, energy and health insurance.
