The ground floor has been extensively refurbished and works undertaken included a new entrance, lobby area and lift car upgrades. Finishes to the foyer/lift lobby include slate grey natural stone flooring, vermillion coloured glass and timber veneer wall panelling with vaulted ceilings. Lighting is provided by a combination of wall lights and quartz halogen spotlights.
The ground floor has a coffee shop, with both indoor and outdoor seating, and a licensed Italian restaurant. These areas look out onto landscaped gardens which provide relaxing break out areas for both tenants and visitors.
Ten upper floors provide some 11,000 mē of office accommodation with floor plate sizes ranging from 940 mē to 1430 mē. A number of floors have large balconies accessible for tenant use. Male and female shower facilities for use of the building occupants are located in the basement.
The building owners have sourced the buildings energy needs by using 100% GreenPower (base building). This is combined with on-going high efficiency/low energy consumption measures.
The building has now received a 6 Star NABERS Energy Rating (with GreenPower) and 4.5 Star NABERS Energy Rating without GreenPower. A 3.5 Star NABERS Water Rating also applies, which is an outstanding achievement.
