History of the Executive Scheme (Div E)
Div E is very similar to Div A, however membership is restricted to Local Government (LG) employees on a fixed term contract and their position is equivalent to the Executive Band 4, Level 1 of the Local Government State Award. Most General Managers and Directors will be eligible to join, and depending on the Council, some Senior Managers are eligible to join.
