Please note that our new Customer Web application has the following minimum software requirements:

Web Browser: MS-IE version 6.0 and higher on MS-Windows PCs (e.g. Windows 95, Windows 2000, Windows ME, and Windows XP).

Mozilla Firefox is NOT supported, we are also unable to support Apple Macintosh computers at this time.
Please note that we are currently not able to support Internet Explorer version 8.

PC: The PC MUST have a XML engine.

Please note that our Member Section of the website is protected by 128-bit encryption (also known as high encryption).

Encryption is a method of scrambling messages so they cannot be read without decryption keys. The length of the key used to encrypt messages is a good indication of the amount of effort needed to decrypt that message.
